How Does QUIXIN® Work?
QUIXIN® contains levofloxacin, an antibacterial drug that kills many different types of bacteria that may cause pink eye (bacterial conjunctivitis).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
In studies of QUIXIN®, the following side effects occurred in less than 3% of people using
QUIXIN®:
decreased vision for a short period of time, fever, feeling like something is
in the eye, headache, burning of the eye for a short period of time, pain or discomfort of the eye, sore
throat, and discomfort from bright lights.
Events occurring in less than 1% of people using QUIXIN® were allergic reactions, swelling of the eyelid, dryness of the eye, and itching of the eye.
